Wow, I have been pictorially thunderstruck.
When I first saw this pic I thought that the top half had been selectively processed in a faux Monet-ish way.
Then my brain engaged fully (clunk) and I was struck by the beauty of the light selectively dancing on the upper tree tops.

There are a gazillion shots of Tahquamenon Falls but this one of mine may be a little unusual. I found an unusual location where I could get the most diversity of trees into the frame with their fall colors and waited for dawn.
Very nice! Patience pays off!
Beautiful--colors, reflections, etc.
