It is very common here for someone to reply to a multipage thread without reading any of the other responses. There was a recent post where the OP asked a question, the second post someone asked him to post a sample, and the fourth post the OP posted a sample. Then after several more pages someone else asked him for a sample. They couldn't even bother to read the first three responses.
