I have a TG-7 underwater housing.
It has what looks like a massive accessory shoe above the flash on the outside of the housing. What for? There doesn't appear to be any flash units that would attach to this shoe that I can find on the web. Anybody know of any attachments for this shoe?
Yes I can use a separate handle with ball head and arms for attaching a remote flash.

I read some information on the housing online. It says it can hold two flashes, one mounted on the right side with an arm on the bottom and one in the shoe housing you are describing. A picture showing the side mounted flash using an arm mounted on the bottom, looks like it would fit that massive shoe housing on the top of the camera was removed from the arm. Without the unit in hand, it is hard to tell for sure.
