Abstract Images Using Kaleidoscope And SmartPhone

Kaleidoscope.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Light Box.
Taken 1/22/2024.
Feel Free To Check Exif / Meta Data.

Best 8 finished photographs. I shot a lot more unsuccessful exposures. And I took a real lot of similar shots with my Fujifilm X-100T camera. Those I posted in the Gallery Section. Comments, questions, please. Enjoy.

I forgot to mention Image #3 was taken with a different Kaleidoscope.

Original? Software was not used to create these (totally different from the software ones I showed in the past), these are the original images. Take a look at my other Posting of images taken like this but with a Fuji X100T camera. There I show the rig I used. Below is one of my featured images as it look before I cleaned it up and cropped it with Ps.

It is relatively new to me too. Though I and a friend who had given me homemade Kaleidoscopes shot some last year. Those scopes and results were rather rinky-dinky, the current two scopes are commercial kits.

Thank you for looking and the comment.

Sorry I meant an original Kaleidescope rather than a software imitation

Now that is something that is real unique. It’s certainly artistic. Thanks for sharing those. I never thought of taking photos using a kaleidoscope before. Very cool.
