I’ll remember this young lady’s name sometime after lunch today. That’s one of the things that you have to accustom yourself to when you get older, yeah? But none of y’all know anything about that, right? Ya.

Anyway, she came to my studio early in my run and she was very enthusiastic about being a sought after model. I never heard from her after our second session so I don’t have an ending to that story. One interesting anecdote about her is that she wanted a nude portrait of her and her (much older) boyfriend. She was very early 20s and he was around 60ish I’d guess. He was in really good shape, even a guy in his thirties would have been envious. The problem is that she wanted him nude and he was having a great problem with that. They proceeded to get into a noisy and protracted battle over it that lasted 15 - 20 minutes before he gave in. The portrait absolutely sucked ass due to the deflated mood in the room. Forty-five minutes to an hour wasted. Whatever, right. These young women that make up the modeling population can be really flaky sometimes, but on balance, I’d do everything over again. Hmm, maybe I should.
