I had a flash of inspiration over the holidays of how I could modify my grip to allow me to use Back Button Focus.
For those who may not know I have a modified right arm and hand. All the bones in my right arm from humerus to metacarpals (upper arm to base of fingers) are frozen togeather. No bending no rotation.
To hold the camera with my right hand and to operate autofocus and shutter I made a pistol grip with a remote shutter release. It has worked well but I have wanted to try BBF
The new grip mimicks the Canon Shutter and rear AF buttons, kinda, but positioned for my hand.
The Tufted Titmouse is one of today's "test shots" to see how the new setup feels. I think this is going to work out.
Wow, you appear to be very successful!! Great job!!
