We have here an image of a young lady whose ethnic background is such that her hair is black. Comments wanting another color would be totally inappropriate. The work on this image took only two shots of rye.

Why would anyone suggest you change her hair color? I think it looks just fine the way it is. The rest of her, and the photo itself, are very good. Once again, nice work, Jim.
