I was on a photo tour for Brooks Falls, then did 4 days on my own going out on boat tours in Seward and eagle hunting in Homer. Then did a photo tour of Kenai Peninsula where we took a plane to Lake Clark for a morning and a boat tour out of Homer where I got some of the good seals and otters. In all 2 weeks. It was expensive but worth it. I had tried doing the Kenai Peninsula trip my self and it added up to about what the tour was… you don’t really need a tour for Brooks Falls, but in order to get lodging you almost have to as getting a cabin or even camping is almost impossible. Cabins are on a lottery system and camping sells out within minutes each year….
In all I was there for 2 weeks.
