It's not the same conduct that the G.O.P. is trying to pin on Biden. Trump has real businesses that offer real services to customers. Meanwhile the Biden family has name recognition and has been selling access to Biden to enrich themselves without providing any service or business property other than the access to Joe.
So, no, the two are not even remotely similar.

What is alleged against Trump, clearly violates the Emoluments Clause.
The only way it would be legal to accept these payments would be for them to be approved by Congress before their payment.
Spin it any way you like but China gave Trump five million dollars and many more countries are involved.

According to a letter provided to CNN on January 19, 2017, Trump resigned from over 400 businesses before taking office on January 20, 2017. If you need help with the word "resigned" look it up. I'm sure Merriam-Webster can help you out, or possibly a thesaurus.

Did your sources help you out and tell you how many businesses he didn't resign from or received money from after taking office?

Important thing that these lefties are leaving out is that these foreign governments didn’t give Trump the money they paid for it and Services to his hotels and other businesses. It was an exchange it wasn’t a gift.
