Nice shots and let me say I don't know much about roses, but the rose in the second shot seems to be suffering from something that is causing the tips of the petals to shrivel. Or is this just a very old blossom on its way to the happy hunting grounds? It just doesn't look healthy to me. Very nice photographic captures by the way. On a side note, I actually took a class at Mesa Community College back in the stone ages.
There were sections of the garden with roses suffering from change of season (I assume, I'm not an expert). I did not take any shots of those affected most. Thanks for your kind comment. Cheers -- Dan.
