A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. After three operations and treatment (and six months out from the last operation) I went in today for a checkup. As of now, I am cancer free. I had been dreading this appointment.

Congratulations. Lets hope for a continued clean slate for many years to come. Having had a few friends that have had this disease, it is encouraging that medical science has come a long way in helping patients extend their lives with some quality of life.
