I haven't upgraded my PSP in years but keep the old copy on my computer because of some of the things it does that Adobe doesn't. Like those filters that change an image to look like old films.
I actually started editing with Corel products, it took me 10 years to transition to Adobe apps.

One feature I just loved was PSP's automated HDR.

Yes, interesting. I should learn more about the Corel PSP 2021 I have. I am fairly competent with Ps CS6 Extended but I should think about updating to Ps 2024. But perhaps on a different PC as I suspect the new Ps is vastly different than CS6 and I really do not want to bother with Windows 11. I am quite happy with Windows 10.
