Cruises Departing from Nevada?

I have a VPN on my iPad and have chosen a server in Las Vegas, so I get ads intended for Nevada residents all the time. I got this ad at the bottom of a Fox Business article. I could not select that alone so I took a photo with my phone to share.

So many questions: From what port in Nevada do these ships sail? Is that why they are empty and dirt cheap?
Why seniors? Does this sound as stupid as all of the Nigerian prince/banker scams? And why from a company called "Outbrain"? Did the company that paid for this ad really get its money's worth?

There is a tiny port on the edge of Lake Mead and the passengers embark via a secret passage in Hoover Dam.

I lived in Vegas for a good number of years and it was always strange to watch the boat head toward the dam and then suddenly disappear, only to reappear on the Colorado River on the other side of the dam. They had to build that new bridge high enough to ensure the boat's smokestacks would clear.

The boats have been getting much bigger over the years.

This is strange to me using a VPN and now you get ads, I use the VPN on my desktop computer, but not yet on my iPad so I would think VPNs offered security.

All too many stories, etc. are just to get you to look. On my email site, there are like: Oldest members of
Hollywood or 25 best??? with an image of an actor, etc. but the person shown is no where in the list.

The only real way would be if they include flying from Vegas to the ship. Walking often includes airfares from major airports.

...love the mental picture of the boat sailing on Lake Mead (when it had water), but, seriously folks, the price probably includes bus or airfare from Nevada to the port of call. I live in Pa., and get the exact same ad, but the trip is leaving from Philadelphia. (In reality, I live much closer to NYC, than Philly, and am a Red Sox fan to boot!)

The cruise might start as a flight out of LAS. Southwest Airlines flight attendants used to warn people if the flight turns into a cruise there are life vests under the seats.

I think "DIRT" is a sign of warning in a Nevada cruise add.
