My second post to this Section. One of my many Seashells. Many on the UHH know I am obsessed with Seashells and have a huge collection. I likely have photographed this shell before with a DSLR. But here are today's SmartPhone images.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (256GB).
One Image shot Actual 12MP (3:4), JPG, cropped to 4:5.
Other Image Shot Simulated/Interpolated 50MP (3:4), JPG, cropped to 1:1.
Flash used.
3X lens.
Processed further processed and cropped with ACR 9.1.1 and Ps CS6 Extended with Windows 10.

Thank you to all those who have commented and / or viewed my images. Once I get to shoot outdoors I should be able to get some really nice images. It will be dry for about 6 days then it will rain again until January 4. So hopefully by mid-January I can capture some nice pictures of the California Shores between Pismo Beach and San Simeon, CA. And I might just get some flowers too. Flowers bloom during the winters vin CA!

Both are fantastic shots tack sharp and vivid colors but the second one is outstanding you can really see the difference between 12 and 50. Wish you and your family a merry Christmas.

Excellent images and presentation! Thanks so much for detailed explanation. I will be looking forward to seeing your outside shots. Just a reminder, inclement weather is an excellent opportunity to get out and get some intereting images.

Thank you for looking. Also take a look at my photos that were taken with conventional DSLR cameras. The smartphone is a new sharing tool for me on the Hog.

I sure will, right now I'm not shooting in any format. Soon will resume.
You're welcome
