....District of Canyonlands Nat'l Park.
Four photos at once? Excellent.

My reaction too, Cany!! Although I suspect it's many more than that if you are photo stacking!!
Another excellent set, Jim!

Inspiring. But I still am going to stay home and let you do the walking.

A great look at what us casual tourists, in a passenger van, don’t get to see.
Thanks,

Masterfully done Jim. I really need to get out there to your part of the country again. >i< Doc
Very nice as always. I always enjoy these haven't ever been out there. You ever drive that road in the last photo?

Have I ever driven that road? Sure, lots of times. Before I retired, that road (and what and where it accesses) was just one of the corners of my 'office'. It's the 2WD graded dirt (and rock) road that leads to Elephant Hill where a challenging 4WD road leads into the west-side backcountry of the Needles District.
There's plenty to see from the paved park roads. There's more to see from the several graded dirt roads. And from the 4WD roads.... let's just say that Canyonlands is more a backcountry park than it is a front country park.
Great set. It makes me want to do a road trip. Fantastic.
I have photos of the Needles that appear to be from similar viewpoints, but boy, they sure don’t look like yours! You the master!
