For such a small state Delaware has its share of Federal Wildlife Refuges. Bombay Hook WLR draws birder from all over the country. Prime Hook WLR located about 10 miles North of where Delaware Bay flows into the Atlantic Ocean is not as well known as Bombay Hook. Prime Hook boarders on Delaware Bay and draws many migratory Waterfowl. In the Later Fall- Early Spring the area in home to tens of thousands of migrating Snow Geese.
The Snow Geese where there today. But their huge floats of countless birds were well over a mile offshore.

So I entertained myself with Sanderlings and some Ring-billed Gulls.

Beauties. Think I seen something online in the last week or so about the locations you mention.
