Amazon has been changing how it handles returns. It used to be that I would print a label and drop the packing into a UPS box. They haven't done that in quite a while. The next change was bringing it to a UPS office - no wrapping required. Then, it was UPS or Staples. Today, I had to return two items to Staples.
In some cases, they tell me to keep the item, yet I get a refund. This return was for low quality blinking LED and sticky printing paper that was the wrong kind. In all my years of buying from Amazon, they have never sent the wrong item. I wanted the blue package below, but they sent the brown package - photo paper.

I have a Kohls department store near me that excepts Amazon returns...easy peazy.
