Tail end here, before starting the challenge for the next week. Today one of the large churches in the area held an honor service for Veterans and families and Honored 30 Veterans with Quilts of Valor (a nationwide organization). Women in the church and community work together to make these stunning quilts for Vets. The "colors" were presented, a local Barbershop Quartet entertained, food was delicious and a good time was had by all. Our son in law nominated my husband, so it was very special.
