After been on the site for a couple of years, I signed up again yesterday. On day one I ran into a problem....the program won't run. He has a new program called fast track. I watched number one and learned a few things. Today I wanted to watch #2 and all that played was the introduction.
Wanted to get help and they are closed till Monday. Will try then and if the problem is solved I will cancel my membership.

I doubt if the roblem is the kelbyone website. All of their training videos run fine on my computer.
First thing I would check is what hour internet speed currently is. I have noticed that if i am doing something else that requires bandwidth at the same time the videos will freeze or buffer.

It is a subscription based photography lightroom and photoshop training site.
I have a subscription because i paid to attend photoshop world and the suvscription came with it.
The training videos are fine, some better than others but they cover a wide range of subjects and include some very well known photographers and ohotoshop experts.
However the community and acess to help may be more valuable than the videos themselves.

I do not have a Subscription, but I regularly watch a FOC Scott Kelby YT channel "The Grid" (I think published weekly). It includes 'How Would I edit your Photo', 'Blind Photo Critiques' and many other Photography subjects and guests. Excellent information.

If you have a subscription you can watch the grid live and ask questions of the guests as well as enter for weekly gifts.
Also you can then submit photos for either how would i edit your photo or blind photo critiques.
I seldom watch the grid live as my wife is teaching piano lessons in the room our computer is in while it is on but still membership has some advantages.

I will call them tomorrow to see if it can be corrected. I want to watch the fast track and only the intro plays.

I called and they are checking into the problem.. After the intro the program shows that everything is locked. They said they will send me an email correcting the problem

I upgraded to the pro plan and that corrected the problem. Scott is really a great teacher.
