I was inspired to post this image by an earlier post in this section. Got this while cruising Prince William Sound, on the way to Whittier, Alaska from Valdez. I had been tracking cloud formations and watching the sun casting shadows on the water; similar shots in color show interesting purple/violet colors on the water which I presume were the result of sunlight passing through the clouds??? Sorry but the full color shots are well over 30mb each. I was impressed by the way the Nikon Z 8 captured the subtle colors.

Nice image, clouds do help to create a dramatic scene. Without seeing a color version I would still have to say the B&W would be the winner.

The silhouettes of rugged mountains and the pretty sparkles on the water make this one for me.
To show us the great colors (in the appropriate forum), simply change to 2000 pixels on the wide side - which should bring the file size down to 5 mb or less. Also, be sure that color space is sRGB. Any larger than 2000 px is wasted on most viewing devices. Just a basic fact of internet viewing.
