Quite an amazing photo, though sad because it appears to be badly frightened.
The exif for your image says color space is "uncalibrated." I believe that means you missed a final step in exporting for jpg. Be sure to use color space of sRGB mode when posting to UHH. That way, the image will display the correct colors in the thumbnail:

Just yesterday or the day before I started seeing these odd colors at UHH thumbnails. The Downloads display properly though.
The fox isn't scared, it had spent the last couple hours weaving between the cars that were on the dike road. It seemed very used to being there, so much so that I wondered at it health until I walked within 3' of me.
I just checked LR and a new colorspace has been added to the export dialog box. Oops
