Drive east from Ruidoso Downs. Not sure where Riverside is. I went through a couple of small towns along the way. My problem was that I was sort of in a hurry, and I can't find places to drive off the highway to get down into the valley. I was driving west. You need to keep going, as Hondo Valley was the first place I came to (furthest east).

Okay, thanks...Riverside is further down the road past Hondo on the same highway. I shall try and make the trip there tomorrow.

Sorry, Mike. That's the problem. There is nowhere to pull off, and I couldn't even find any roads that lead into the valley. I've been through there twice with the same angst!
