Beautiful shot that illustrates another reason I moved from CA to AZ. Down here our Taco's are crisp and stand upright so the fillings don't fall out. We eat our Taco's with our fingers, not a fork.

Street tacos are finger food. I have yet to cook a crunchy taco to stay in one piece. Either they split at the fold, or just shatter. Soft tacos might not have the mouth feel, but at least keep the contents inside.

Green Valley. About 22 miles south of Tucson. It was just a little, unincorporated retirement community when I moved here 22+ years ago. If I could I'd move again but I'm just too old and tired to start again.

Have you tried the Triple T truck stop for a huge breakfast?
Sierra Vista is a nice place to photograph and relax. Or it was before the coyotes moved in.

I haven't been to Sierra Vista for a few years. There used to be a couple of really good Mexican places there

Yes, I think they are still there. Neither one served mild enough food for my wife. Taco Bell was more to her liking.

Yes, this is typical for around here. Lunch today was quite similar except for a basket of chips and salsa.
