DJI Mavic 3 Firmware

Need help. DJI does not what to answer. New firmware 500 will not load. Get message "not enough memory". Have formated everything I can and still not enough memory. DJI will not tell me how to delete flight data from internal memory. They want me to send drone in. Help

I've had this happen B4 to my air 3 all I had to do with the reload the firmware after reformatting the drones ram and trying again

I have formated everything that can be formated, still asks for more memory.
The only thing left is to erase the entire internal drive.

I had to format the internal ram and even went on the fly app and removed all the cashed flight logs ect. From the controller

Try going to the Mavic forum and ask on there. Many problems solved there.
