LeRoy recently immigrated from the far East. He is a research chemist in the bio-warfare division of the Happy Company. He says that his son's friend won first place with the improved COVID-19 virous in the 8th grade science fair. The third-place winner (his son) of the science fair was a fast-acting fungus that could be used to clean dirty pots and pans.
LeRoy seems to be a quiet person that doesn't join in with the Friday night beer binges down at the Last Chance Bar.
