Quality lightweight tripod info desired

I recently (few months ago) bought this Heidi travel tripod when it was a kickstarter program. It turned out to be everything they promised and then some. It’s an amazing little gem of a tripod. It’s no longer a kickstarter but available via their web site (link below).

Questions about the utility of tripods with modern image-stabilized gear, whether mass/weight as a stabilizing factor is as critical as it once was, and whether image-stabilization should or should not be turned off when using a tripod have been much discussed and are relevant to the selection of a tripod in 2023.
