Making up some Lobster Stock with lobster shells and leeks, it will be strained bagged and put in the freezer to be used at a later date.
That is my kind of dish. And very nicely presented.
I know it's stock so it's not a meal on it's own but it still has my mouth watering

ThankYou yorkiebyte, I know, the whole house smells wonderful and the stock is great for cooking things like: LOBSTER BISQUE, Lobster Butter, LOBSTER AND SCALLOP CORN CHOWDER, Lobster n' Waffles (waffles made with seafood stuffing), Lobster Mac and Cheese, Lobster Mac & Mornay. I am getting hungry........
