Not a fan of the “new” UHH structure

OK… I’m old. And that is likely why I don’t adapt easily to change. But, when the recent change here on UHH happened, I thought it would be OK. Today, though, I am a bit lost. Can’t find my groups… my whole UHH experience has changed and not for the better. At least not for me. (Your mileage may vary.)
Routine keeps me going. Everything has a place and everything is in that place. Adjusting to a new routine is tough for this old bird. Not that my comments will change anything, but thought I’d put them out there in case other UHH’ers are experiencing the same frustration.
I’ll eventually adapt. But, it’ll be struggle for a while, at least.

I, too, am not a fan of the new look. I suppose at 75 I'm still young enough to deal with it.

I thought I somehow messed up my program! It wasn’t until I actually read the first entry I learned about the new format. I liked the topic area better, with photos to follow and other topics I picked to follow that. Will still subscribe, but just liked the old routine better. I feel for the admins having to deal with personal preferences, but n case it matters, thought I’d express mine. Thanks for all you do!

It is not age that is the problem here but the change. It is now showing me topics I have no interest in. This site is way to segmented. That being said, you should be able to see just post from the segments that you are interested in. Truthfully the administrator should leave the old general photography way active, with the choice of using the new. I'll try this for a few days and if it doesn't work for me, I will move on.

I agree that this new format is a degradation. It has no structure. I’ve been a UHHer for many years and enjoyed the original format. May we please return to it. Thank you

The new format is horrible! There is no order or logic to it. I will not be clicking on Latest Digest anymore.

Frustratingly chaotic. I liked choosing what I wanted to look at, grouped by topic. I find this lack of structure makes the site far less useful and useable.

I thought that I might not care, but I find I do not like the new format at all. It makes it more difficult to just look at the sections I am interested in at the time.

I am not a fan of the new unorganized format. I have no interest in all of the topics on UHH and don’t like jumping from topic to topic.

I HATE the new format. It makes no sense to me: no structure, and I have to scroll through the whole lot just to find subjects I am interested in. That wastes a lot of time. Please return to headline format.
