iPhone 14 Pro Max 3:4 Vs. Full Frame 2:3 Ratios

Background
I have Many GB of 2:3 Full Frame pics saved.
I always shoot loose, perform my post-processing (PP), and then save my files so that in the future I may re-crop the now completed (post-processed) file to (almost) any ratio that I may prefer.
Now I have added iPhone 3:4 pics to my mix of processed files.
Also, when I process using Topaz Photo AI the completed files are of similar size to files obtained using my Canon R5 or RP.

My question is, do you segregate the two (3:4 vs. 2:3) ratios of files, or do you freely mix them?
What are some of the problems you have encountered with either method?

Remember the question is strictly about the ratios of the pic files and not about the serial numbers of the files.
Any reasonable suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Currently, I use the Year-Month-Day Description (2023-09-15 Jim's Big Adventure) format.

I file by subject, no matter what <ratio> camera native format, in the same directory.
No segregation of format (or camera).
I'm more interested in the picture than what format.
Explorer can sort on dimensions or camera in the EXIF data.
(I have 3:2, 4:3, and phone{don't know ratio off-hand}.)

I file by event, independently of ratio. Although that typically makes each event mostly one or the other. That is because my indoor events are usually full frame 2:3 when I need the better light performance. Then my 4:3 is usually travel, hiking, boating or most other outdoor activities taken by my Olympus m4/3 or iPhone. Also, about half of my 2:3 get cropped to 4:3 as I find that format more suitable for sharing online.

Interesting, why are they more suitable for online?

Most people view shared online photos on their phone and in the vertical phone position. 4:3 fits better on the phone screen.

Ahh.
Thanks.
Never thought about that.
(If I did it for 3:2, it goes as 3:2. I've no idea what someone might be viewing on and I'm not gonna make two sets of images in different formats, just in case.)
