~ This image was taken with a film simulator (see the framing!) on my iPhone 11. I discovered when I got home that the lenses on the camera phone were quite smudged as I'd been crabbing off the docks near where this pic was taken and was checking my phone between pulls.
The crab was D.Lish!! ......and I didn't get pinched this time!!
I like that. Sometimes a black and white image has more life and is more interesting than a color version of the same scene. Nicely done.
Shucks thought part of the fun was getting pinched. Photo looks fantastic in B&W. Great job
Johnny
Nice shot! I like the boat between two verticals. You probably waited for that composition. When did you say the crabfest was?π

Funny you should say that about composition! I honestly could not see the screen - no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the sun from reflecting off the screen - so I tried my best to keep the phone horizontal and took about ten shots!! This pic had the best level ground and just happened to have your boat!!
Luck be a Lady.... er... iPhone!!
I didn't pay any attention to when or where the Crabfest was here... 20 miles north of here in a town called Charleston is the Annual Charleston Crab Feed. It was Feb. 11 this year! I missed it!!
Photos look great. Really like the first oneπ
Nice shot--the b&w works well in this situation!
