From Costco's webpage 9/15/2023
Granted these two are M2 and not M1 chips, but they are also 256GB. and512 GB SSD, and the one RT has listed is 1TB.

Sometimes remarks are best unsaid.

Is this computer still available? If yes, what is the total cost to ship it to PA?

If you’re not interested in purchasing an item, it’s really none of your concern - you haven’t been appointed the official UHH price monitor. Sorry if that sounds rude to you, but comments on pricing of for sale items by non purchasers is not appreciated by anyone

I tried to tell him he might be too high.

Evidently, you have been the chosen one to govern what we put on the blog.

Aren't you kinda doing what you say I'm doing.

Maybe you need to read the classified section rules:

“Don't ruin other people's classifieds topics with criticism of their asking price or the "righteousness" of the offer. What's cheap and what's expensive is between the buyer and the seller. Same goes for all other aspects of the offer. If you aren't buying, then don't try to derail the topic with your criticism. Repeated violations of this will lead to a ban from the Classifieds section. If you need to correspond with the seller regarding the price, then you can do that via private messages.”

Let me add. Suppose you had your house on the market for a month or two and finally had a buyer ready to sign a contract. Then some nosey person walks into your conversation and tells the buyer that there’s a better deal down the street (and it’s not even their house - they’re just trying to ruin the sale). How would you feel? When you do something like that, first you may not know the facts. The product you quoted may not be optioned like the one for sale. You surely have no idea what the seller paid for it or what his circumstances are. You don’t know how much tax or shipping were paid or if there’s an extended warranty, so you may not be correct in the competitive pricing.

But second and more important, every buyer on this forum is a grown adult and perfectly capable of checking prices for themselves. You seem to think that you’re doing the buyer a good deed, but in fact, you’re just a spoiler. And since you aren’t a buyer, it really is none of your business. I can’t understand why you find this so hard to understand but I can tell you one thing: you won’t make yourself very popular on this forum behaving in this way - sellers DO NOT appreciate that, and one day you may sell something here, and you won’t appreciate that behavior either.

I was hoping you would understand, but apparently not. No need to respond - just read the rules for this section and comply with them. Otherwise, admin will ban you from this section. Simple.
