Go to the Food Section of UHH The Eye and Lens of a Foodie or Calling all Foodies and you can see what I did with our steak in question!!

I do like the way you cook your steak though.
I cook mine basically the same way.
Just plain steak.
Now I have to go to Uncle Giuseppi for some bone-in ribeye's.

I'm all for the aforementioned steak and shrimp prep, but I would make Armenian Rice Pilaf for the side. Since butter seems to be used for the steak, the buttery flavor of the pilaf would be the finishing touch. Otherwise, adding one more makes it just too much food for one serving.

"Ooooooo, you have cut me to the quick"......Ha ha....no 'shrooms! That's the heart of any good rare steak!!!

Gross, no way.
I don't eat anything with mushrooms.
Just a good 'ole medium rare boe-in ribeye.
