I was in IKEA yesterday I was surprised as all 4 wheels turned as you could even push the cart sideways no stationary wheels in back

I have determined that it’s not the shoppers that damage the shopping carts - it’s the cart corralers and that electric cart herder used to push the carts back to the store.

They do that so you can cut across aisles without the fancy gymnastic maneuvers that you have to do in WalMart!!

No.their ailes are so close together that if the back wheels didn't turn too you would have to carry the damb basket so you could maneuver through those tight spaces.
