MmmMmm Good. Sliced in a salad or sandwich, Cooked in a stew with several others and some pork, delicious.

I once got third degree burns on my front teeth after nibbling on one of these things. NOTE!!! Beer does not cool the burning sensation.

There is nothing like Hatch green chile, but I prefer the medium to the very hot. I once helped peel forty pounds of hot chile and had to use white vinegar on my hands to calm the burning.
