Thank you. I used Elements, filters, stylize, Emboss.
Then I use Filters, Stylize, and find edges.
Then add a color layer, and change to soft light or overlay. Then maybe whatever filters that I can think work. I have some old programs that sometimes work, sometimes not.
Good luck. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
