Do any of you in PA know about Knoebel Amusement Park? I saw a bit about it on YouTube last night. It's family-owned park about a hundred years old. Parking and admission are free, as are many attractions inside. You pay $2.00 - $5.00 for individual rides.

I know it exists, never been there. It's 2.5 hours from me.

That should be "Knoebel." Too late to edit.

It's about 3.5 for me - 211 miles.

Yeah, It's about an hour from me. I've never been there. Many of my friends at work go there with their children.

Here is there website. https://www.knoebels.com/

What do you want to know? It took me about 20 seconds to pull it up on a web search.

I always regretted not taking my kids there. It is supposed to be a very friendly, family-oriented amusement park. It is very reasonable in comparison to some parks. My oldest grandson has been there. From what I hear from him and others who go there, it is best suited for children up to about 12 or 13.

About 15 minute drive for me. Used to best kept secret in Pa. Now they come from everywhere. Still a great place.

I was there once when vacationing in the Poconos. My kids loved the place, I loved the prices, but, what stuck with me was how pleasant all of the employees were.

Here are photos of the rides. At $2-$5 per ride, for a family that could become costly.

Try Disneyland for pricing. 🤣

The Australian reviewer said it has what might be the world's best rollercoaster.

I remember going to Edgewater, Bob-Lo, both in Michigan, and Cedar Rapids in Ohio as a teenager and being able to take a date and afford it from what I took in from umpiring baseball and allowance....so it wasn't all that expensive. Edgewater had a fantastic roller coaster. Back then, on the weekends, ten dollars was enough to take my girlfriend out to dinner and a movie or bowling.
