Challenge: "Summer Foods" 8/19 - 8/26/23 (No Host)

This weeks No Host themed challenge is "Summer Foods" . I expect to see lots of BBQ (@Bill!! especially). Different parts of the country/world have different treats and seasonal foods. Let's see yours.

I have posted this before but this is a summer treat - S'Mores. (a toasted marshmallow andwiched between 2 graham crackers with a chocolate bar on the cracker. This version is the rainy day, indoor version (it is a repost). Place a single layer of chocolate on a microwave bowl/pieplate, top it with marshmallows and microwave till chocolate melts and marshmallows are gooey. Dip with graham crackers. These can get gooey, messy, stringy but they are delicious fun. I'm surprised our grandson didn't choke we were all laughing so hard!
