I've been hearing negative things about Temu, a cheap, Chinese shopping service like Wish. Take a look at some of the videos below and form you own opinion. I'm avoiding it.

I've seen products from Wish reviewed online - generally, junk.

If it sounds to good to be true......
I was tempted but read the reviews first and wisely decided to avoid purchasing anything from them.

Morning Jerry.. I am on my third order from Temu (not using the phone app). I ordered a camera super clamp, some knives, and some fasteners. All is well so far and the items are as advertised. Some items were a little slow in delivery but not as slow as Aliexpress. Online communication is good. They issued a $5 credit for one item that did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date and refunded another item that could not be delivered. I say read the fine print, examine the images posted very carefully and give them a shot.

It's bad now! It will get better eventually. One day you would buy from Temu instead of Amazon Jerry.

We had an Internet security pro speak at our Church a couple of months ago. His opinion was to avoid that company because they have access to your card info for a long time before you ever get anything from them. Their prices seem to be unbelievable. Too good to be true. I'm going to stay away, myself.

I've seen many negative reviews of the site and their products (basically cheap, flimsy, junk knock-offs). I would steer clear.

Yep, I bought a couple of things from them and they are basically junk.
I will not be getting anything else from them!

I’ve been satisfied with the few items I’ve bought, just miscellaneous decorative stuff, nothing more than $10.00.

Don't recall the specific link, but it was to the effect that TEMU is owned and operated by CCP and everything you do with them goes into their data base for whatever use now or in the future they want. Consider: companies sell products to make a profit. These prices are too low to make a profit, rather they are designed to get information on us, the users. I will not use TEMU and recommend the same to everyone with whom the subject comes up. Don't know about the other site but suspect that CCP won't be happy with just a single way to get info on us, hence other sites pop up using essentially the same format. If contributing to the security of this country is important, users might consider paying more (for a better product) and let the CCP get info elsewhere.

I love Temu....Have placed over 10 order from them. great prices, great service and a great web site. There is nothing in the photo area that i want. have ordered..hats and other clothing items, a couple of chess sets, rings, etc. They will let you know the status of your order and if the item is wrong they will issue a refund on the spot.
Give them a look.

How shocking!! Big Woop!! So TEMU collects data with its app---just like all American Companies! It's simple! Don't download the app from TEMU, or anybody else. Then when you place an online order all they get is the same info that every other business has already collected through online sales.

I've ordered some 30 items from TEMU at incredibly low prices and I've been satisfied with the items I've received. My only complaint is that it takes so long to get the products because there is no giant warehouse in the US to prestock items. They are made upon order and shipped by boast. So, if you want cheap and are willing to wait a month, consider TEMU. If you want something in two days, use a warehouser like Amazon.

And while we're at it, don't put much credence in bloggers who post their own, unscientific "analysis," of anything. They are not professional researchers, they're just ordinary people expressing their own biases, for money. They get paid by counting the clicks to visit their website.
