Had a little bit of leftover Salmon that I smoked for a small dinner party the other day.
...So, I treated it like canned tuna (from Trader Joe's, of course!) with mayo, a bit of pepper, and a bit of pickle sweet relish. I then put that combo on some sliced Sour Dough bread with sliced Roma tomatoes, and pepper cheese, then tossed it in the little toaster oven.
Yep, melted Cheese on that setup was Flava' Packed!! Mmmmmmm..... Whooohoo!!

Do you really like Taco Bell, Bruce? My wife and I love it but are put down by just about everyone we know. Don't get me wrong, my main love is Italian food or a nice medium rare fillet, but occasionally I like a "Crunchwrap" or a "Beef Burrito Supreme". There, I've said it out loud, I like Taco Bell !!

Me ? I love it all but prefer to lean to natural or the best I can do.
I wrote taco bell as a humorous reply BUT ! I do and a pick up drive through sometimes maybe and sometimes once or so a month. The ones around here are decent and the workers can actually speak a language that works.

For us, Taco Bell is more like Mexican style food, but not quite the genuine article. But my favorite there is the chicken quesadilla as well as a crunchy taco supreme. Back in the day, like 40 years ago, the enchirito was the best. Too bad they’ve never brought back the original enchirito. Meanwhile, it’s Chepo’s Mexican Restaurant for us here in Wasilla. Lo quiero Taco Bell?
