Battery usages and how to save power
Carry spare batteries and don’t worry about it.
Arrange a renewable recharging situation. Otherwise the cost of recharging ends up in your utility bill and you quite likely will be contributing to the extinction of your own species.
Also, make sure that your QR plate is not blocking your battery door (pic attached).

Make sure Connect to Smart Device and Connect to PC are off, and Airplane Mode is on. You can also set Image Review to "off." That should help, but mirrorless cameras are known to eat battery power quickly, so carrying a spare is usually a good idea.

Spend your time actually making images, experimenting and practicing. Take an extra, fully charged battery with you in your pocket and stop worrying. I use the Z6, Z8 and Z9 and always have a spare battery for whatever I'm using. Best of luck.
Check out page 492 in the Z6ii/Z7ii reference manual - the topic is USB Power Delivery. Using the USB-C connector it is possible to both power the Z6 and to charge the EN-EL15c battery in camera using an external power bank, or another USB-C power source. There are also several Youtube videos on the subject; here's one
