Covered Bridge in Lenape Park, Perkasie
Inside the covered bridge
Same bridge
I find these covered bridges fascinating and never tire at looking at photographs of them. Thank you for sharing. I do like the middle photographs composition very Autumnal.
good pictures, but where is the creek? I have some pictures of the Locust Creek covered bride in Missouri, the creek was rerouted years ago but the bridge was left standing in the orginalspot.
Haven't been there yet. Very nice shots. Covered bridges are very interesting to shoot.Good Job
Thanks for the thumbs up Archy!
Thank you RacerDan! You caught the lack of a creek! The bridge was moved from it's location over a creek to the park...not sure why! Not even my hubby knows and he grew up in the area. He thinks it's cause it wasn't wide enough for two cars and it was on a busy road.
Thank you Bob! I love the area and we go there often since our church is nearby and Al grew up in the area so all his relatives are up there. If you go up, check out Landis supermarket! You'll love it; it's just down the street from this bridge and across the street from this park.

Really nice. I drove by that place, or someplace like it, back in the 1960s. Surprised to see its still standing but I guess I shouldn't. They made them to last. Good to see someone is keeping it in condition. Thanks for sharing.
I like the inside shot of the covered bridge.
Thanks Bobby! So do I! :)
