My apple tree is coming along just fine. Actually it is a little too fine as I will be having a crop of maybe Millions of apples, Macintosh, I think in a month or so. But they are good photographic subjects and do make for a fine apple pie.

Nice set. I'd be happy to take some of your excess, Dennis.

If you are in Eastern Idaho maybe a month from now I would be happy to have you come by to get some. Please do. Thanks for stopping by to take a look.

Look'n good. Be on the lookout for stink bugs for they enjoy sucking on them and they leave brown spots in the apples which are often thought to be bruised...but they are not.

Beauties! In Virginia the squirrels in our yard would ruin our apple harvest.

Every year, usually later than this, I pick up my neighbor's apples for her. They're not in good shape for anything except picking up and dumping. You're right about being early this year. So far, I have used my little Menard's grabber to pick up 650. Just from two days last week. Lovely shots

Thank you Joe. Your comments are always appreciated.

So far this year and the apples are still small, I have a HUGE amount of apples on the ground. This will be my first full year living at my Idaho house but usually when I come back in mid September there are thousands to millions of apples under the tree. As you say, good for picking up and dumping. I pick some still on the tree but there is only me here. I rake them up and take them to the dump. I will do my best this year to have neighbors come get some to lessen the raking and dumping.

Thank you Sylvia. Do you make pies, cobbler or use them yourself?

The first photo is a simple statement well done... multi apples dilute the story.

Did you edit the photo using an old 1984 Macintosh computer?

IF you are saying I submitted more photos than necessary I will make the decision of how many photos I choose to submit, up to 10 per post. I won't rely on you to tell me how many photos to submit. You are not trying to be CONTROLLING, are you?

Since I do not have a 1984 Mac I passed on your second question.
