Luckily he had a cult to fund all this.
After Paying Lawyers, Trump’s PAC Is Nearly Broke
https://nytlicensing.com/stories/D4TYMnE7Yes, it is really unbelievable that people not only "support" him, as in rationalizing/justifying/excusing all of his behaviours and misdealings, but that they also "support" him, as in giving a guy who boasts about his wealth their hard-earned money. Analyses of the general level of education of his support base suggest that... well, let's just say that if you don't get it then you probably support Trump.
"I love the poorly educated!" Donald J Trump ... they didn't even question why. They just went with it. In normal times that would have been career ending.
I saw a good cartoon of Trump on 5th Ave with a Luger, taking aim at Rudy fleeing in the distance, sweating hair dye.
No caption.
No caption needed - Uncle Fester is a meme in a suit.
What struck me as intolerable yesterday was a discussion that the talking heads on tv were having. They pondered the question, "If Trump is convicted, why he should be placed under house arrest and not go to prison."
The answer they gave was that Trump was entitled to USSS protection and that it would be impossible for the Secret Service to protect him in prison. Keep in mind, that his house is a resort in Florida.
I'd just like to ask the following questions:
1. If he is convicted of serious felonies, why can't his Secret Service protection be terminated?
2. Why can't he be protected in prison? Certainly, putting him in protective custody, "PC", known as Punk City to the inhabitants would help to keep him safe.
3. If nowhere else is suitable then why not put him in a Super Max where he can safely spend the years he deserves?
4. If all else fails, take a look at Guantanamo. It's built for people who attempted to destroy our country.

Yes its hard to understand .
I could see a voter hating the Democratic Party so much and trump being the only candidate / they unquestionably support him.
But
There are other republicans with no “ baggage “ running that could do well if not win in a head to head with Biden.
It’s easy to see dems signing up to vote for trump in primaries . I suspect house GoP knows this and are doing everything possible to discredits Biden in run up to 2024.
Thing look bleak as long as trump is in the game .

I would prefer to vote for someone else but between Joe and Don I will chose Don, Trump came in wealthy whereas Joe came in middle class poor and has amassed Millions in wealth on a congressman's salary, hard to believe on my part.

Joe is more like the majority of Congress/Senators in this respect and something that could be said of the majority. How did they amass their wealth on their salaries?

Time for a house cleaning, voters unite and institute term limits by the ballot box.
Ooh! Can't wait for the fireworks. From both sides

I guess I am not fully informed. How do we know Joe has amassed millions?
Financial disclosures...bank account records...anything tangible...
I have heard the stories about shell companies, and $10mm paid to Joe and Hunter from China, etc...but to my knowledge, those are hearsay, conjecture, and assumption thus far. Some may be true and if so I certainly hope the truth outs.
