This device has been available for a while. Has anyone actually purchased and used the Arsenal for their photography? If so, does it perform as advertised? How difficult is it to use? Would you buy it again? What is the best feature of the Arsenal? What is the worst?

I have not used or purchased Arsenal but there has been quite a lot of discussion on UHH about it. Have not seen any very favorable. You may try using the "Search" tab above to find discussions on your topic, just type in Arsenal.

There have been many threads about Arsenal - you could use the search function to read them. Many of the comments seem to say it's not worth the money.

Hello Charles
I did purchase the device and I use it on my Nikon D810, has it made a big difference, maybe yes and no. I have always taken pictures without the device and in the past it was never around and we all just made our adjustments and did some post-editing, etc. I have tested it for about a month or so and it works. I just feel in my opinion that without the device I take great pictures. Now adding the device did it improve my pictures am still on the fence and will just have to do more testing. So I would say this I still have to do more testing for a longer period of time and see if it makes a difference. At this point not sure but I will get back to you on that. The device is pretty easy to use and will keep testing for now.

I did what any smart Hedge Hog can do. I used the Search Feature and did my research. Even if they gave it away for free, I believe I could do a better job since I started in 1976. Now I am just a young pup who doesn’t know much about photography. I would rather save my money and buy my wife a nice dinner and show.

I don’t think it is worth the investment. Unless the thing can cook breakfast, brush your teeth and comb your hair, it is in the same category as a left-handed instant campfire starter. I have a few in my panty cabinet!

I own it, but don’t use it much.

One thing it does well is focus stacking of JPG, so if you’re interested in that it may be worth a try.

I have both the arsenal and arsenal II. I am an amateur. That said, ordinarily it won't do anything better than you can do yourself and it won't be any faster. It can, not doubt outrun a rookie. Even then, on the down side, it may slow his learning speed. But then, I like toys. I may go back and play with the II some more.

Ignore my comment. If I could I'd delete it, I would. My comments due to my faulty memory are related to the first Arsenal release. It's been so long, I didn't realize I have barely used the Arsenal II though I've had it for a while.

Already done that. The discussions concerning the Arsenal focused on the pros and cons of AI and whether or not the person would use such a device. As can be seen from my questions I am wanting to hear from people who have actually purchased and used an Arsenal.

First, you can ask the Admin to delete a post. But you should give a good reason. Even if there was no charge for Arsenal I wouldn’t use it. To me, it seems like a poor fitting denture. It is not worth any investment in time. Sorry!

There is a product for every insecurity.
I am not against photo accessories. There are lots of different ways to practice photography and lots of available products to 'help'
Personally, if I see a product that helps make something I do often, easier, faster , better, more precise, will be intrigued to check further, in some instances I will buy it. But if I have to ask if anyone out there likes this thing, it is a very good indication that I should pass.

Although I didn’t put it into word, you did. Before I buy anything I get a consensus of whether it is worthy or not. In most cases, I will not buy it on a whim or an impulse.

I own one. It is for beginners and lazy people. It does a good job (sort of ). Pano is only available for iPhone at this point. It has a card slot which can be used as a second card slot if your camera only has one slot. When it exports it a DNG because there are so many different RAW formats.
