Leathery is the correct word. You could almost make seat covers for a truck with it IF it was only a larger piece. Very nice.

Thanks sippyjug, glad you liked it. I attached my Raynox 250 and tried another stack but, to my dismay, it was very soft on the edges. I have to rethink ever using the Raynox. I did this with an APS-C camera so was already using the middle part of the field. I would like to find something that works well at 2-3X which I think is a very nice magnification level. I know there are lenses and systems out there that will do that, probably better than the Raynox.
