Sunset and Shep

Our sunsets have not been very colorful for a while now. The OM system, for me, does not do sunset colors the way I see them. Does them slightly paler so I did try to change this to what I thought I saw. Shep was moving and the wind was blowing.

Only cellphones automatically give you those more intense colors. I always shoot raw with my OM-1 but Olympus does great JPEG’s, but you probably have your JPEG settings kinda flat.

Nice silhouetted foreground in the sunset photo. Good image of Shep, looking quite dignified as a senior canine citizen.

Hi Barbara. I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty to do about ten seconds of post processing to your photo in the hopes that it can turn into what you actually saw when you took it. By the way, Shep looks like a real good friend.

Very nicely done, Barbara. Love the silhouetted tree tops against the sunset. Loved seeing Shep also.
