Has anybody besides me noticed the term AR-15 rifle now many times is now being called an AR-15 style rifle by many news reporters and antigunners. Guess they are tired of being called on the carpet for identifying to many rifles as AR-15's that only looked somewhat like the AR-15. Typical of anti-gun folks: making comments but never taking time to really learn something.

As of June 19th, there have been 318 mass shootings in the U.S.A.
But, guns are not a problem.

The gun performs good or evil depending on who is using it.

Your 100% correct. Bad people are the problem. Some how I think you still don't understand.

PEOPLE are the problem.

If not guns, then knives, clubs, vehicles, spears, arrows, rocks or hands & feet.
Humans are really pretty nasty beings . . . .

A great point the anti-gunners fail to recognize.

Actually, guns are among the SAFEST and MOST RELIABLE mechanical devices ever manufactured.

There are NO documented cases of a gun somehow pointing ITSELF at a person and discharging without some directed-action by a human.

There “may” be some cases of mechanical failure or discharge due to excessive heat (fire), but the safety-record for UNINTENDED discharge by a weapon not under human control is statistically insignificant (nil).

No, guns are not a problem. People are a problem. In 2019, the latest convenient figures, over 10% of murders were committed with knives, 3% with hammers and other clubbing weapons and 5% with hands/fists/feet. The problem is evil people and leftist fools who are more concerned with banning firearms than dealing with the problem of evil people. You and your disgusting leftist ilk are the problem.

From a non-gun-owner/lover’s perspective, those weapons DO look similar, so you are making a distinction when the difference is insignificant. As an analogy, vehicles involved in an accident are often described/identified as truck, SUV, or sedan; brand and model are often meaningless distinctions in the big picture. The subtle differences matter under certain circumstances, but your weapons are all the same to me.

This is a FACT that's lost on the liberal anti gun crowd.

You can count at least half of those incidents as operater error, guaranteed, if not more. And 20 out of a few hundred million is statistically insignificant as already stated.

Evidently statistics are not Frank's strong suite.
