My Z8 was shipped today, and it should arrive tomorrow. I was going to go out in the morning, but I guess I'll stick around.

if you stay home and wait, that means for some reason it wont be here for another extra day. Its some type of law I think. at least thats always what happens to me.

Good luck and let us know what you think of its performance. I'd rather hear it from a real photog than some publication that promotes product boosterism regardless of the truth. (Think of all the hoopla surrounding Kodak's Disc Camera in 1982.)

Collected mine from the shop yesterday, the 1st to be imported into Fiji through a Nikon agent.
Don't forget in your eagerness to adjust the diopter and put a card in otherwise you may be wondering why the AF appears poor in the viewfinder and there's this error message showing

Congrats...so B&H got their shipment a few days earlier than the June 19th that NikonRumors claimed.

The Z8 is excellent…what I really wanted the Z7II and Z9 to be. Excellent AF, high frame rate, and light weight no grip body.

Only if the guy throws it out of the truck as he speeds by. I have good experiences with FedEX. Some of the UPS guys get numbers mixed up and deliver to the wrong houses.
