And it has been that way for some time. This is one big tree in their front room!!
We are all packed and headed out for a few days R&R in the wilds of Utah. Happy Father's Day to all the dads and thanks in advance to all who respond!!

Wonderful. Gives new meaning to “swayback”.
A really opportunity for a house flip. Happy Father's Day to you also.

To me, such delapidation is so full of character that while regarding its intricacies, it actually becomes beautiful to the beholder 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Great set Jim - well done!
Love your caption, Jim; it motivated me to prune my fiscus tree in the living room.😊 Beautifully composed and presented set. Loved seeing the breezeway between the cabin and cook house(?). Great detail in the B&Ws.

It is sad to see history crumble before your eyes.
However, I'm thankful that you have made a record of these historical buildings.
