Beautiful photos! Is the creek navigable, by canoe or punt maybe? It looks a little small, but hard to tell from the photo! It looks like a great place to explore from the water!

Thanks CPO, The river is tidal and is navigable from the coast for about 3 miles, as far a Alfriston. It was navagable for miles untill they build a dam and reservoir about 5 miles inland, but the river is still good past that.
